Confidential Advisory Groups
Achievement is the ambition of every confidential advisory group. Each Paranet member maintains a seat in a group comprised of non-competing peers. They meet 6 – 12 times a year, and the agendas are driven by member issues. Plant tours are often an integral part of the agenda.
Groups are organized by peer level, function and/or process:
- Human Resources
- Sales & Marketing
- Multi Discipline
- Lean Strategist
- Supply Chain
Advisory group members are expected to lend assistance and support to others. You will receive constructive criticism and ideas for improvement, and you will be expected to provide the same. Giving and receiving feedback is at the center of each group’s success.
- You are critical to the success of your advisory group. Plan on attending all meetings.
- Open dialogue and full participation is crucial for a successful meeting.
- At times, sensitive and competitive information is shared, so confidentiality is required.
