Paranet’s recent survey is loaded with CHANGE.  Culture, reorganization, new acquisitions, new products, new processes…change, change, change!  There are great tools and processes to make change happen quicker and to sustain it.  Be prepared for the change you need to make happen during the rest of 2019!

Dr. Jim Bohn will take you through a process for change that will make your next change project successful.  This workshop will not simply be another lecture.  And to prove it, we want you to bring a team and your project to the workshop.  You will learn how to apply the tools to the project. Then in about 4 weeks, the workshop will regroup and talk about what worked and where you may have gotten stuck.  Dr. Bohn will offer suggestions and reinforcements to move the project forward.
