Tom Reidenbach has more than 35 years of general human resource management and line management experience, including regional, national and multi-national corporations in union and non-union environments. He has worked with organizations in the manufacturing, health care and insurance sectors.
Tom developed competency-based selection, evaluation and compensation processes, and led numerous organizations through major reengineering and restructuring changes. Tom has provided coaching assistance to executives, senior staff, middle managers and first-line supervisors. He has designed and delivered leadership training systems for all levels of management.
Tom has chaired the Outagamie County Private Industry Council, Outagamie County American Red Cross, the New London Area Chamber of Commerce, and meat and leather industries section of the National Safety Council. He served on the State of Wisconsin Workers Compensation Advisory Council and the Fox Valley Technical College Supervisory Leadership Advisory Committee.
Tom is certified in Management Research Group's Personal Directions and Leadership Effectiveness; Lominger's Career Architect; MBTI; Achieve Global Training Systems and DiSC. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and has completed the course work for a Master of Science in Management.
Tom enjoys sailing on the bay of Green Bay, Lake Michigan and the North Channel of Lake Huron.
