      Supervisor Training delivered at the Speed of Need!

      Paranet’s Supervisor Boot Camp is designed to give your new supervisors an intense training program in a short period of time so they can have boots on the ground when they need to perform.  Boot Camp consists of 3 full days of intense training covering critical areas:


      1. Transition to Supervisor – Leading Others
      2. Coaching for Accountability - Performance Improvement
      3. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
      4. Communications – Critical Listening
      5. Strength Building – Behaviors
      6. Managing Priorities – Getting the Right Things Done

      In addition, participants will engage in 3 group coaching sessions designed to reinforce tools learned in the workshops, overcome obstacles they may be experiencing and help sustain training.  Dates to be established with the participants.  7:30 am – 9:30 am.
